Leigh Burch III
Managing Broker, Developer, Realtor ®
Leigh Burch III is the managing broker of Terminus Real Estate and a proud alumnus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from UT’s Haslam College of Business. Leigh founded Terminus Real Estate in 1996 and is widely recognized for his leadership in commercial and mixed-use redevelopment, helping to spark the revitalization of downtown Knoxville. His projects include the landmark Sterchi Lofts and, most recently, Stockyard Lofts in Knoxville’s Old City. With nearly three decades of experience in real estate, he is known for his analytical approach and passion for urban redevelopment, bringing vision and depth to every project.
Lindsey Burch
Controller
Lindsey Burch is a Knoxville native and a proud alumna of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a degree in Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management. She serves as the controller for Terminus Real Estate, overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. She also oversees senior-level financial operations for the bars owned by Leigh Burch III, including Wagon Wheel, Old City Sports Bar, Southbound, and the newly opened Cowboy Cantina. Known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism, Lindsey plays a key role in keeping both Terminus Real Estate and its related ventures financially sound and well-managed.

Nelson "Joe" Consumo
Realtor ®
Joe Consumo has been part of Knoxville’s downtown community for over a decade, bringing a deep knowledge of the area to his real estate work. Before entering real estate, he spent 10 years in the mortgage industry and even co-owned a downtown restaurant, giving him a unique perspective on business and client service. Since transitioning to real estate, Joe has focused on downtown condominium sales, helping clients find the perfect home while leveraging his expertise in the local market. Known for his adaptability, professionalism, and client-focused approach, he provides personalized guidance through every step of the buying or selling process.

Faaron Stultz
Realtor® Project Manager
Faaron Stultz is an East Tennessee native and a licensed real estate professional since 2021, specializing in residential real estate with a focus on guiding first-time homebuyers through the process with care, clarity, and attention to detail. In addition to working with clients, Faaron manages the day-to-day operations for Terminus Real Estate, including oversight of the Sterchi Lofts HOA and support on large-scale projects at Stockyard Lofts. She is also co-owner, with Leigh Burch III, of the newly opened Cowboy Cantina, where she oversees repairs and maintenance operations. A longtime member of the community through her work as a yoga instructor and hairstylist, Faaron brings strong communication skills and a client-centered approach that helps clients feel confident from start to finish.

Gabrielle Stephens
Realtor® Property Manager
Gabrielle Stephens is a Middle Tennessee native and a proud University of Tennessee, Knoxville alumna with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in business. She has held her real estate license since 2022 and brings extensive experience in property management, having worked in the field since 2017. Gabrielle manages Stockyard Lofts and oversees marketing for Terminus Real Estate and Stockyard Lofts. Her real estate experience has primarily been with buyers and sellers of investment properties, but she has a genuine passion for helping all buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Known for her honesty, kindness, and compassion, she builds strong relationships with clients throughout every transaction. She also teaches Pilates and yoga in Knoxville, bringing the same care and attention to her clients as she does to her students.
